About me

My name is Myranda. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and a NASM Personal Trainer. I have over 14 years of experience in these fields. I chose this career path because I spent many years struggling with my health. Western medicine seemed to never have any answers for WHY I felt the way I did, only another pill to mask the symptoms. I found true healing through a holistic and preventative medicine approach.

I also spent many years struggling with my relationship with food and exercise because of all of the misinformation from diet culture starting from a young age. I had to learn how to fuel my body properly, form a positive relationship with myself and my food, and redefine my personal goals.


Now my passion is to help others, LIKE YOU, reach optimal wellness. This is done through an integrated approach that focuses on proper balanced nutrition, strength training, mobility, recovery, and spiritual healing.

Whole Food Nutrition

Our bodies crave real food. We cannot survive on ultra processed fast food. When we are lacking certain vitamins and minerals this is when we start to have cravings, diseases begin to emerge and our energy bottoms out. Proper nutrition is VITAL in your health and fitness journey.

Strength Training

Muscle is the organ of longevity. Weight training forces our muscles and bones to remodel and become stronger. This is particularly important for women because as we age, our bone mineral density decreases (especially after menopause). This can cause bone fractures. Lifting weights = Strong Bones and Independence.
