State of Emergency Declaration

Following the severe weather events in Oklahoma, Governor Kevin Stitt has amended the State of Emergency. It now includes Atoka, Beaver, Canadian, Cherokee, Creek, Grady, Hughes, Kay, McCurtain, McIntosh, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Ottawa, Pawnee, and Tulsa counties, effective 6/29/2026. This declaration is in effect for 30 days, and it may result in delays in the locating of underground facilities.
