Give the gift of film with a MIFF Membership

MIFF may be an annual event, but MIFF Memberships are year-round.

You can now gift a standard MIFF Membership to the film lovers in your life, allowing them to unlock a range of exclusive benefits and perks.

How does it work? In three simple steps!

1. Purchase. Purchase the gift membership here and select the “gift membership” option at checkout.
2. Gift. Once you’ve purchased the gift, you’ll receive a digital gift voucher to share with the recipient.
3. Activate. Once the recipient has been gifted with the membership, they have three years to activate their membership using the code on the digital voucher. The MIFF Membership will be valid for 12 months from the date it is redeemed, and a physical MIFF Membership card will be sent to their postal address once activated.

A standard MIFF Membership includes:

  • in-festival benefits such as a member-exclusive pre-sale window, discounted tickets and passes, an invitation to our program launch, discounts at partner venues, and more
  • year-round benefits such as free preview screenings – from Academy Award–winning blockbusters to indie darlings, MIFF Members see it first
  • a monthly Member newsletter including exclusive invitations to film premieres, screenings, events and giveaways
  • concession ticket prices at our partner cinemas: ACMI, Cameo Cinemas, Cinema Nova, Classic Cinemas, IMAX Melbourne, Lido Cinemas, Palace Cinemas and Sun Theatre
  • parking discounts at various Melbourne CBD locations courtesy of Secure Parking.
