OpenSSL naming permission

Hi, My understanding is that the OpenSSL license states, "Products derived from this software may not be called "OpenSSL" nor may "OpenSSL" appear in their names without prior written permission of the OpenSSL Project." Please provide some reference on the pyOpenSSL site making it clear that this permission has been obtained.
