Welcome to Windfall, a fanlisting for Cipher, also known as Cifera. Amphoreus' demigod of Trickery, she is a playable character from miHoYo's Honkai: Star Rail.

Initially, I only had a very mild interest in Cipher. When the first trailer for the new planet, Amphoreus, dropped, I was enamoured by quite a number of the new characters, but Cipher was admittedly not among them. I just wasn't drawn to her character design very much. Regardless, I still kept my eye on her because, well, I have a penchant for certain character archetypes—with cunning rogues at the top of the list! With her connection to the God of Trickery, I knew I wouldn't be able to write her off just yet.
Sure enough, as Cipher became more involved with the story, I became more and more intrigued by her—until she ultimately won my heart. While highly entertaining with her mischievous and playful nature, it's her insecurities and faults that really made me fall for her. Someday I'd like to expand this site into a small shrine, but for now, I'm happy to be able to run this little fanlisting for her.
