Burn Boot Camp workouts are designed for all fitness levels and can be modified up or down. Our strength and conditioning workouts push you at any stage of your journey, building both physical and mental strength for true transformation.

Yes. Childwatch is offered as part of your membership. This service is for kids ages 8 weeks to 13 years during select Camp times. This allows parents to focus on their 45-minute workouts knowing that their kids are in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. You can reserve Childwatch spots ahead of Camp in the Burn Boot Camp App. Availability and hours vary by location.
Download the Burn Boot Camp App, log in, and you'll be able to book Camps and reserve Childwatch spots ahead of time. We'll also be available in-gym to help get you checked in for Camp.
From the moment you walk into a Burn Boot Camp, you'll feel like part of our community. Someone at our front desk will welcome you and help answer any questions. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your Camp so that the Trainer can answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable for your workout ahead.
Don't worry! Our workouts and overall gym experience are designed to fit all fitness levels. Our Trainers are experts at tailoring every workout to the experience levels of the participants. So you'll never feel out of place or intimidated. We meet you where you are on your fitness journey and help you meet your specific fitness goals.
Our Camps consist of alternating strength and conditioning / HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts here in Cary. Each day’s workout focuses on different types of training for different areas of the body, so you’ll never do the same workout twice, and your body is constantly challenged. No plateaus here.

Our 45-minute Camps include an active warm-up, a 45-minute workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a Finisher. And with our Focus Meetings and one-on-one personal training in a group setting, we’re with you every step of your fitness journey.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: This is a combination of dynamic warm-up exercises to make your workout safer and more effective.
WORKOUT: Your Trainer will move around the gym during Camp providing our signature personal-training-in-a-group-setting.
FINISHER: Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout.
“TWO CLAPS ON TWO” Each Camp ends with “Two claps on two,” an acknowledgment of our community, hard work, and journey to strength and self-confidence.
Our elite Trainers are chosen from the top 1% of Trainers in the country, are all Certified Personal Trainers, and are an essential part of your individualized journey. They can modify any exercise for injury, pregnancy, or beginner-level needs. Ready to push yourself? Our Trainers know how to increase resistance and intensity while protecting joints and tendons to keep you safe.
Our Trainers can show you how to modify any exercise for injury. We also offer one-on-one Focus Meetings with Trainers so that they can understand your injury, show you how to best modify workouts, and track your progress.
