This movie feels like a 4 star film that occasionally trips only to peak several times with outstanding fight scenes and stunts.
That's how I get to 4.5 for Return of the Sister Street Fighter.

I picked up Invasion of Astro-Monster off the rental shelf 31 years ago and haven't looked back. I've seen Godzilla (1998), Godzilla 2000, Godzilla (2014), Shin Godzilla, and Godzilla: King of the Monsters in the theater. Godzilla Minus One joins that list. I know this series. I know this genre. And this movie is one of the best the genre has to offer.

Ong Bak 2 is a 2008 prequel to the 2003 original, this time co-directed by Panna Rittikrai and Tony Jaa, with them handling the fight scenes and stunts together as well.
I haven't seen this since the early 2010's, and my impression wasn't very good, just that it was ok.
But man did I underestimate this. Wow the fights and stunts aren't the same as Ong Bak or Tom Yum Goong but wow is this another impressive showcase of the stunts and action of Thailand.
