As good as a back door pilot for a star fox movie can be I guess.
This is about as good as you can expect from something with a smaller budget than a sharknado movie. The end was like every superhero movie when a million enemies that all look the same come out of nowhere to attack our heroes. Except these people weren’t superheroes. They weren’t even likable people. More of them should have died and the one redeeming quality was that there were Spinosaurus’ in the film.

Not only is this upper echelon superhero movie stuff, it’s a back door love letter to Fox’s superhero films, both made and unmade.
My main gripe is that we don’t actually get Wade or any X-Men to merge into the 616 universe. I would have liked it better that if, when saving their universe, it causes a chain reaction to merge the 10005 into the 616. But it is what it is and I’ll hope for that by the time…
