hard to follow. clunky. short periods of boring lull punctuating long periods of ALMOST interesting conversations. weird useless b-plots.

engaging in the way i would imagine a workplace safety seminar at a nuclear power plant would be (yes, this is a reference): lots of ways to be saved but, ultimately, it blows up in your face all the same.

after three disney movies in spanish i realized that i develop more of a childlike appreciation for the films when dubbed. the movies just feel more childlike and whimsical when they’re spoken in the language i heard at home. kinda sweet discovery and great instant nostalgia tool!! :’)

i did not dislike moana. i just wanted them to get out of the water after a while. glad maui wasn’t the rock for me tbh i don’t think i could’ve done that.
