in high school I used to shit on this movie for being so deep and pretentious. but now that im older and wiser i’ve come to the conclusion that high school me was just a dumb fuck. this is absolutely brilliant and unique in its own way. 

it also has Patrick swayze’s best performance.

hate to be the debby downer and wet blanket, but this wasn’t good. 

Hugh Jackman gave a solid performance that was unfortunately overshadowed by everything else that happened in the movie.
