things i noticed while rewatching: 

1. at the start they slightly showed the pages of elio’s notebook and revealed everything he was thinking. about how he was saying “oh i said that way too rudely” “oh he’s going to interpret that in the wrong way” and they show us how he overthinks his own moves towards oliver ( he’s so teenage boy)
