14·2 days agooh nice, have fun with that! if you want more, you can come up to sweden and take the 70 fucking centimeters of the stuff i have to deal with here. free to a good home.
i also hope so, but with them adding the wonders i lost a bit of the hope. unless they’ve changed something between experimental and release, there is still no incentive to, say, plug all badwater sources or make the whole map lush. you just collect enough resources to build a big building and then you’re done.
it’s about production chains, but there’s very little automation. the main mechanic, unsurprisingly, is building dams. water makes the soil fertile, and during droughts all the water goes away. so you need to dam the rivers in order to retain water for the bad seasons.

Among Us is a 2018 video game with hidden roles, reminiscent of the party game mafia/werewolf. one or two players are “impostors” and their goal is to kill the other players, whose goal is to finish a set of tasks before everyone is killed.
the first line is a chat message, the second is a player indicator. the smaller heads next to it shows who voted for that player to be thrown out.
that’s how you link a community in text. if you just paste the link verbatim, you end up on the wrong instance.

i’m in embedded systems. i’ve yet to see an llm manage to do anything even remotely useful in anything close to my field. and i don’t predict them being able to anytime soon, because everything is proprietary and locked down to single vendors.
