I’m just messing around with this stuff. I used Reddit to just comment and talk to others more than really looking at posts. The posts were just a kicking off point, really.

But it was all so… Anonymous. I was there 10 years and didn’t really make a friend. Maybe I can find friends here, in my own little community.

IDK WTF I’ll post though… Other than random-ass thoughts and scribblings, I’m not a memer or anything. Most likely, I’ll probably just use this space to vent.

    I was on reddit a while and didn’t make much friends on the platform until they introduced the chat feature. After that, I found a few by sometimes messaging people further questions on what they posted.

    I love the name of this community, very unique!

    Same except for a book club I was volunteered in that I still keep in touch with. I love chatting in comments but I SUCK at keeping in touch with friends or potential friends.

    Anyway yeah so what’s going on with you. I get the sense we’re similar in some ways.

      Oh right I was going to say: so I started a writing club on lemmy so I could at least keep in touch with a small group of people.

      So idk maybe you should start a club?
