A good reason why I don’t want to “get” Linux is this guy posted in this thread with Linux as his example, and it’s the most replied to thread with each user trying to justify their distro.

This is like me going into a bible belt small town, expressing my spiritual beliefs, and watching as each of the individual churches try to try and “save” me.

Until Linux users “get” why Windows is the marketshare leader and not demonize it like the spawn of Satan when it’s literally just an OS on a completely optional piece of hardware, I don’t think I’ll ever “get” Linux.

Though I do care very much for Android if that counts. 😉

In this case, and many others, when the humor is in part derived from the absurdity of such an event occurring. Yes, authentic and genuine has much more value.

I can suspend disbelief for a standup comedian or comedy flick. Because they are isolated from reality unlike social media which is not explicit in that it’s woven in reality.

For me this would be hilarious if it actually occurred, because of the fact that it did. Not because spreading ass cheeks is peak humor that I need to suspend disbelief to appreciate it.

Not just romance systems… Especially with younger crowd unless 100% of the content is accessible on a playthrough they will feel left out. Cosmetics, items, weapons whatever be it. Makes everything seem more shallow because of their fomo.

If the game were released as free to play, fully playable (though a lot more difficult or boring) with a vanilla af base character, then the pogs were sold in store as the NFC premium monsters/characters/items this maybe could work. It’s just an extra step to microtransactions that make games like Fortnite thrive.

There’s a lot of people saying here that it’s cheaper to 3D print. It is not. Even if the claim of 5 cents a 3D printed whistle is true, and I don’t really believe it, it’s not hard to find bulk plastic whistles with the price dropping as low as 2 cents per unit.
