Some sort of hpyoxia or hypoprofusion? If it’s flu like, maybe respiratory infection that fucked her up hard? Typically a person of that age wouldn’t just go into cardiac arrest unless their body reaches shock, right?

I think it’s weird that people are so uncomfortable with normal things such as pooping. Like whenever anyone poops they’re all shy and wanting to not make noise when someone walks in. Is it embarrassment or courtesy? We all poop. All of us. Gut rot? It’s okay! We’ve all been there. Shit sucks.
