According to Duden, Joghurt may have any gender. I agree with you though that it should be der Joghurt. Edit: It seems like die/das Joghurt is mostly used outside Germany.

32·7 months agoIt’s a fairly recent association. In fact, at least in art, red used to be the colour for men, Jesus in particular, and blue the colour of women, Mary in particular.
