In case of illegal numbers, intention matters. Because any number could be converted to different numbers, for instance through ‘xor encryption’ different ‘encoding’ or other mathematical operations, which would equally be illegal if used with the intention to copy copyright protected material.

This was the case previously. You cannot simply reencode a video, a big number on your disk, with a different codec into another number in order to circumvent copyright.

However, if big business now argues that copyright protected work encoded in neuronal network models is not violating copyright and generated work has no protection, then this previous rule isn’t true anymore. And we can strip copyright from everything using that ‘hack’.

I had a similar thought. If LLMs and image models do not violate copyright, they could be used to copyright-wash everything.

Just train a model on source code of the company you work for or the copyright protected material you have access to, release that model publicly and then let a friend use it to reproduce the secret, copyright protected work.

Wie schnell “Schrittgeschwindigkeit” ist, ist leider nicht klar festgesetzt… Gerichte akzeptieren bis zu 15km/h. Und am Ende, wenn Nicht-Autofahrer auf ihre Rechte bestehen wollen, sind die eh mitschuldig.

Wer sich – ohne zu gucken – auf die Wartepflicht des Autos verlässt, den trifft regelmäßig eine Mitschuld von 25%. Das Mitverschulden kann je nach Umständen des Einzelfalls auch höher ausfallen. Also, nicht darauf verlassen das sich Autofahrer an die Regeln halten, und bloß nicht auf die Rechte gegenüber Autofahrern bestehen.

Das Trifft halt nur die Webseiten d.h. die Rampe am Gebäude, mir geht es mehr um den Weg zur Webseite. Also der Infrastruktur. Und hier, sollte wie gesagt jeder ohne Extraaufwand und Kosten angebunden sein. Grundversorgung, wie der Fußweg von der Wohnung zum Rathaus.

Denke bei Barrierefreiheit nicht nur an körperlich eingeschränkte Personen, sondern auch beispielsweise an Obdachlose.

Schon, aber wie gesagt, es muss halt alles auch zu greifbar für Eingeschränkte Leute sein. Offline gibt es ja auch Gesetze für sowas, und wenn das technisch Schwierig ist sollte der Staat das unterstützen.

Offline baut der Staat mit Steuergeldern Fußwege, und macht die i.d.R. beschreibbar für alle um das Rathaus zu erreichen. Tut er nicht im Internet.

Geht hier um die Grundversorgung. Internet ist ja inzwischen Lebensnotwendig, also Grundversorgung soll von der Gesellschaft getragen werden.

Internet ist klar kein Neuland, aber ich finde es trotzdem wichtig sich als Gesellschaft nicht abhängig von privat betriebener Infrastruktur zu machen.

Wenn Internet für Bürger erwartet wird, soll die Infrastruktur selbst in öffentlicher oder non-profit Hand sein.

Außerdem muss es auch immer Zugänglich für Personen mit Körperlichen, finanziellen oder Bildungs Einschränkungen sein, also sollte Software um das Internet zu Nutzen entsprechend entwickelt und offen der Gesellschaft zur Verfügung gestellt werden, d.h. Deutsche bzw. EU Förderungen bzw. Projekte für open source Browser, Betriebssysteme, PC Hardware, sowie Smartphones, etc. Kostenlose Internetkiosks und Flächendeckendes WiFi/Mobiles Netzwerk auch.

Man sollte nicht von Bürgern für alltägliche Geschäfte mit dem Staat, erwarten Dienstleistungen von privaten profit-orientierten Unternehmen in Anspruch zu nehmen und damit persönliche Daten an diese zu übergeben.

Das Gerichtsgebäude, Rathaus oder öffentliche Fußwege gehört ja auch keinem privatem Unternehmen, welche hier selber Überwachungskameras aufstellen darf um bei allen Vorgängen etwas mitzubekommen, und sei es nur Metadaten.

Oder 50% der Befölkerung abschieben.

There are two versions of the bangle.js watch. The second version looks pretty similar to the pinetime.

I used to use the pinetime for a while and now have the bangle.js 2 watch.

Pinetime is cheaper in DE than the bangle.js (40€ vs 90€ IIRC).

Both are nice watches and integrate well with gadgetbridge and have a couple of weeks battery. Which is much more then what you get from a Android watch.

With math, you can invent your own notation if you like. If it makes it easier to describe certain problem. This is done often. And if it makes sense, you can also change the order of operation. You can even introduce new operations.

The notation you learn in school is just a common one, but other notations are equally valid and can be useful.

Therefore this kind of question is not a pure math question, but rather it depends on what kind of conventions or notations people want to use.

The context is what allows the math question to have a single answer. The notation is just your chosen way towards that solution and to communicate the steps to that solution to others.

The rules of math itself are much more fundamental and they don’t care about how people decided to write formulas down.
