Ironic is the OpenStack service which provides the capability to orchestrate bare metal servers.

Ironic's can be used independently when integrated with OpenStack, or used without other OpenStack services to facilitate Bare Metal as a Service and the general orchestration of bare metal servers in a variety of use models.
