They aren’t, and it’s important that every American citizen knows that. They don’t have police authority, and citizens have every right in an encounter with ICE that they would otherwise have. Now, I’m aware that asserting those rights will carry consequences, but we do still have them.

ICE agents aren’t police.
I’m used to not understanding posts in this community. Usually it’s because the science in the meme is beyond me. This time though, I also can’t even tell what the science is supposed to be.

4·5 months agoI originally saw it as somebody using 2 different symbols for the 2 different sounds that “th” can make. That at least makes sense. Simply replacing the letters with one character (one not on a standard keyboard, btw) regardless of which sound they make is just extra effort for the sake of it.

At least pain/croissant au chocolat gives you an idea of what it is. Chocolatine? Sure, I’d assume that chocolate was involved, but I wouldn’t even be 100% on that.
You’d have to interact with people. No meal I’ve bought has been THAT expensive.
I stand corrected. No idea what I was reading (several years ago), but whatever it was made it seem way more complicated. Maybe it was just an explanation from somebody who didn’t know.
Tried reading about endianness once. Pretty sure it can’t be dumbed down enough for my brain.

It’s a graph. Literally two spectrums overlaid onto each other.



That’s definitely more than one. And in the context of bankruptcies, I’d say “a lot” is accurate as well.
