@vkc
@ammdias Think it's simpler than that. People want platforms with virality because being the recipient of attention bursts can make you some relevant amount of money.
@vkc So far, I've only had a good experience by managing my own feed. You can do that programatically or just use some free service to put something together with basic rules. Cobble together some hashtags, keep some others out and maybe pick a few nice accounts. Keeping it topical is better than whatever they're trying to do with the general feed. That just feels like twitter before the fall.
Search queries visibly take longer to load in than on Google. When I use the search engine as a calculator, it takes much longer
Layout doesn't do as much of I'd like of what I call "reducing cognitive load". Results run together a little. I wish I could make the blue in links slightly deeper.
Wow it is inconvenient to redirect four devices using three OSes to use a new search engine
@mcc Yeah, it should just work in the browser anyway. My issues are also mostly around their mobile layouts. Desktop is fine, does the job and the AI stuff is totally optional.
My name is Connor. I started a fundraiser to turn a number into a bigger number because dumb ideas are fun.
On the right, another Connor. He raised over $28,000 in less than a day just because he openly admitted he's a fascist.
