How does one make a mailing list in 2016?

Handful of people, not much fluctuation, has to be easy for people who are not nerdy.

Hosted or run in Europe, ideally in Switzerland.

This photo shows a part of the view I have while sitting at my laptop at home.
I spend a lot of time sitting here, and I had never noticed how this small window mirrors or shows things I consider truths about myself.
Also: this view has been exactly like this for like 5 weeks, likely longer.

Doctor B @TheeDoctorB To everyone who ever said I didn't “look autistic”, know that I'm constantly running ActLikePeopleExpect.exe in my brain, am not always aware I'm doing it, and it's eating up at least 50% of my RAM. It's also the reason for a lot of CPU overheating.

Mechanically gifted people of Mastodon, I have a question: would it be possible to build something that looks like a snake, rolled up but with it's head 30 - 50cm above ground, that I could put into the basket on my bike and that would slowly sway while I'm riding, like purposefully, from side to side?

Please say yes! And please tell me how!
