    Roman soldiers used to keep their lupini beans in red wine vinegar for longevity. They’re very high in protein, and the acid in the vinegar would create lactic acid, which helps break down muscle during exercise.

    I’m genetically part Ashkenazi Jew according to 23andMe. I don’t practice Judaism, and my ancestors moved to the US to escape persecution by the Bolsheviks in Eastern Europe prior to the founding of Israel. More Jews live outside of Israel than within.

    I’m a member of DSA, and they have a far better strategy than trying to rally around a third-party. It’s all about the Democratic primaries.
