As a female, I've always felt the NFL 'cheerleader' thing to be sexist anyway. It exploits and objectifies young women for their looks a bodies. Being a talented dancer is secondary. This just proves it, and adds another layer, and it's sad.

Big ,burly football (manly) players, with gorgeous women cheering them on...Years ago, I somewhat enjoyed watching the sport but the 'bread and circuses' aspect turned me off. Half-time shows have become huge productions too.

This was done to a U.S. citizen and combat veteran. Read this part.

A screenshot from a federal court document shows paragraph 16 describing an incident in which agents pointed both a pepper ball gun and a real gun at Chris Gentry, a combat veteran, as he stood lawfully by the road voicing opposition. The document includes a citation noting that one agent pointed the real gun at Gentry’s face and said, “bang, bang,” and “you’re dead liberal.” The header indicates it’s from case number 1:25-cv-12173, filed on October 26, 2025.

It is tasteless. Not to mention...the money and power of his family are not taken into account as to his 'popularity' with the ladies? He's still a kid, only 19. And he's had a whole floor in Trump Tower since childhood. The bad thing is that I'm sure his dad loves this kind of publicity...and that's awful.

Prayer does not require closed eyes, but many people feel it is a necessity. When prayer in schools was a big controversy, it made no sense to me, since I never felt anything could stop anyone from praying., not really. But, so many people feel that it doesn't count unless you make a big show about it.

I do not practice any faith, but was raised in a fundamentalist faith.

So, yes...Pratt is being quite the hypocrite, but not because he didn't close his eyes.

As many of you know, this week Disney suspended Jimmy Kimmel under pressure from Trump. That is censorship, plain and simple.
