It's been a morning of sleeping and fitting a new kitchen tap, so the computer only just got turned on. First job was, of course, to get you your playlist! So, without further ado, here is you #FireSmokeAndHeat playlist:
Tonight on #LABR#AnEveningOf we will be celebrating Carole King's 84th birthday. Looking back at all the songs that she wrote and the covers that people did of them. Join me at 2100 GMT and listen along!
A dark image with #LoveABrotherRadio in dark grey at the top of the image. A large LABR fills the background of most of the image. The URL https://labr.online is at the bottom of the image. Around the outside are the numbers of a clock face with two clock hands pointing to 12 and 9 indicating 9 o'clock. The hand pointing at 9 reads "An evening of" and the hand pointing at 12 reads "DJ BODGER" In the lower right of the clock face is the image of DJ Bodger. He is a bearded man of late 40s wearing glasses and an Australian bush hat.
Make sure workers don't ever use phones at work, Minister tells businesses
Well no, they don't, because we'd all be up in arms about it. But when we say children shouldn't have phones at school we all nod and agree.
What's the difference? Phones are a distraction. If kids shouldn't have them at school (not even at break times) because they distract from learning, then workers should have the same restrictions because it detracts from working surely?
I bet you can argue a reason why the above statement is wrong. I bet a child can use a similar argument for the impending ban that they'll be getting.
