They need to introduce a way for them to officially grift. Some kind of performance based bonus tied to the economy, environment, minimum wage, approval or some other measurement. They're never going to give up the grift without some kind of replacement.
Either that, or just vote for people that aren't rich sociopaths. Seems easy when you say it out loud.
