I've got some little experience from music via BeatSaber that I don't usually listen elsewhere (Chinese, Japanese, K-Pop, computer music...)

Some can be good, but they are a minority for me.

Hmm. Probably not what I'm thinking about.

I'd need just one "being" that replies to messages.
Writing something as a prompt would give some kind of an answer.
And many prompts could lead to many answers.

I wonder are there solutions with "soft drops of levels".

So, instead of blocking everything or allowing everything, you could gradually let more volume in specific noises.

I recently ate a big lunch and I feel full (even too full) but I also feel hungry somehow. There's a lot of saliva in my mouth and I have the urge to go to the fridge, but if I do and look inside then the thought of eating any of the foods that I'm looking at feels unappealing. Then again - it would probably be asked too much from parents to keep an eye on their kids all the time, every second.
Even when they are not around their kid (like, during school).

(Responsible) Services should be viewed, and controlled from more than only one point of view/party. (Just like everything else as well)

Power and money are easily the biggest goals and wants that lots of people have.

But I do (still) trust in the goodness of men.
I'd argue that e.g. an open source system could have a (more) benevolent cause and help someone with these problems without using data (gained) for profit.

No surveillance (or monitoring) and no data gathering means you cannot see how good/bad something (such as a behavior) is. And in such a situation it's difficult to come up with tools to help, if there's "no problem to give help to".
(One can always self-monitor e.g. time spent in an app)

I know its a bit of a hot topic but I've always seen people (online anyways) are either a hard yes or absolutely no on using AI. There are many types of "AI" that have already been part of technology before this hype, I'm talking about LLMs specifically (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc...). I ask for information sometimes that I cannot find in few minutes of googling (I use a lot of this information in writing fiction). I generate images once in a while for role playing and storywriting. (Not sure if it is AI but) I turn some text over to speech, to listen at my stories.

Commercials over the basic channels on the basic TV is its own curse but It's difficult for me to understand why would someone want to watch YouTube through their smart television since the service pumps lots of adds in those videos as well - after years of me watching everything at home via my computer screens that are guarded by the amazing solution of AdBlock ♥️

I'm still on win10. Planning on hopping over this one Linux-based operating system for gaming specifically (can't remember its name) once the updates for Win10 run dry. I've heard so much bad stuff about 11 that I'm going to try again with Linux (years ago I jumped in Ubuntu since a friend recommended it but I needed to jump back because games didn't work well).

Do not be afraid to ask help if you're in a tight spot. Family, friends, professionals or other people that could help you out.

Use different outlets to discharge bad feelings. Write, paint, chop wood, scream in the forest. Watch soothing popculture material that helps you to deal with the same topics.

Not all possible solutions fit for everyone.
Yes, the surroundings affect the tools you can use.

It's still important to come up with ideas though. Such as - you can grab a pillow and scream against that, to make less noise 🙂
