Hello all, happy to be here on #techhubdotsocial
My name is Gina, and I work on a lot of #electronics projects, and dabble in the #computerscience world from time to time. I usually like to do and post about #photography #art and any project I’m currently interested in.
I spend my time offline by doing archery, martial arts, and working on cars.
I have a BA in #ComputerScience from the early 90s (yikes), and I also have 19-year-old kid in their second year of a #cs degree program at #UCSantaCruz who's returning for winter quarter tomorrow.
I dug out some old textbooks I kept, because Charlie is now taking some of the classes I used these books for, and I wanted them to have the extra resources. When I gave them over, Charlie said something to the effect of, "I'm not really sure how to use a textbook" and I had to stifle a groan while I explained it.
Just shows that you never know what part of your lived experience will be unrelatable to your kids.

MARISA serves as a dictionary structure, and by definition, it supports exact match lookup, which is the basic operation of dictionary. In addition, MARISA supports reverse lookup, common prefix search, and predictive search.
