, did you know that ICE killed one of our neighbors recently? Parady La was a Cambodian refugee living in Upper Darby, where he was detained on Jan 6. ICE apparently denied him medical care and water. He was found unresponsive in his cell, and taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Center City, where he was declared brain dead on Jan 8. He was 46 years old.
