Test arrangement of prints and other art items on a dinging table. There's a setup of wire grids with prints pinned to them and price tags set around indicating what's what and what it costs.
Got the last of my stuff in for my art market next weekend and of course had to do the test setup on the dining table. Not bad for a first run I think. Those grids are a so versatile I definitely get why they're so popular with tablers.
Definitely gonna iterate over time but this will do nicely for now. Real satisfying seeing all my prints up like this.
Alright I think I've got my product set sorted out for that art market I'm doing later this month.
Not bad for a first time out I think. Got a mix of greeting cards, stickers, risographs, foil prints, and linocuts. Loving seeing all the colors and designs assembled together.
Photo of a table. On the table are laid out a bunch of greeting cards, stickers, and art prints with subject matter varying from landscapes, cityscapes, nature, and the space program.
People who sell at in-person art/craft/etc markets:
If you were gonna invest in the most basic setup for doing a standard size table selling prints around the A5 - A4 size range plus some other odds and ends like stickers... what sort of display stuff for that table would you recommend for someone's first handful of times out?
Seems to me it'd be wise to start slow and build over time instead of going crazy and buying ALL THE THINGS.
