So, have you evaluated whether or not you’ll want impregnation at all in the game? Totally understandable if you’ve decided against it, though I think a fertilization image before having it be in the endings would be neat.

Her optionally getting knocked up partway through the game and then being preggers for an ending would be neat. A fertilization animation during a particularly intense creampie could be neat!

In worlds with magic or superpowers, can't you have them aid in child rearing?

Time manipulation to either stall or speedrun the pregnancy, governmental or charitable daycares that use superpowers or magic to effectively care for your kids while their parents do other stuff, using superpowers to generate resources like food/materials/money/space/time...

For a bonus, the caretaker could be another option for a lady to knock up! Hell, one of your harem members could be dedicated to doing it while the others stick to their niches.

A few things:

1. Seeing the lil' fertilization bubbe when we're successful would be nice.

2. A variety of reactions to an attempted breeding would be neat. Maybe one girl's enthusiastic, another's just horny, another only gets into it when we dom them, some of them continue past the alloted time. Power dynamic stuff as a whole would be nice - spanking, handcuffs, leashes...

3. Sex with them after they're knocked up.

4. A variety of poses. Standing Splits, the lady riding as her tits are cropped and she plays a role in her own breeding, mating press, strappado, two ladies 69’ing as they get bred, positions with deeper meanings or that are puns

5. Expanding on the character. Powers, characterization, their dreams outside of just the breeding
