PSA everyone, the patreon is just as dead as this page.

So small suggestion, can you switch it around (or give the option) to make it so that the cards only get played if you click+drag to the center or something like that? My finger just twitched a little while I was reading a card, and it played it which COMPLETELY fucked a huge combo I was about to do.
I mean realistically, it doesn't need to be fair. You said yourself that you thought you might get in trouble for sharing the story but you did anyway. And you're also being really vague about what actually happened. You dont need to specifically say "xyz is my political belief", just saying you were at a rally is enough to devolve a server into a cesspit.
So not addressing the other comments, but as someone that lives in the northeast of America, no I've never heard anyone speak about this game, or seen anything about it online or in person, outside of actually looking it up on itch or patreon. It's probably just a regional thing, or just another passing fad. Everyone lost their minds over Yor when Spy x Family came out, and now it's onto something else. The particular community you're referring to probably just gravitated towards the character because of either the character itself, or just because a sizable chunk of like-minded people shifted onto the game and started talking about it.
Yeah the age of the post doesn't matter at all, maybe stop throwing temper tantrums in comment sections of porn games if you don't want people talking shit for indefinite periods of time lol. And nobody is trying to "win" arguing, that's some terminally-online reddit bullshit. You're projecting that onto everyone else that's just pointing out that you're, again, throwing temper tantrums in the comment section of a porn game.
Brother you need to pick another hill to die on, arguing against an artist regarding how artists should feel about art, while also being outrageously dismissive and disrespectful while also complaining that they're being dismissive and disrespectful is a horrible way to legitimize any of the actual valid points you're trying to make.
You'll get it eventually! Obviously do what you want to, but don't be afraid to throw in some placeholders every once in awhile so you can catch your skills up to where you want to be. Like this is a pretty fresh demo, there's no reason that you can't shoehorn in a facemask for Lucy to wear while you try to get the rig to cooperate.
That's wild that you think 6k a month would actually support a team of developers. 6k probably covers his illustration and animation costs, and that's assuming he's doing the programming. Even if he has leftover, you think that'd cover rent and food?6k a month isn't enough to produce a game and also pay for bills, let alone hiring a fucking team lmao
Great premise, I think, but between how fucking dark everything is, the fact that Ctrl + W force closes the window, and the lack of saving, I can't really say I'm a huge fan. Without fail, within 10 minutes, I end up focusing too hard on whether or not something is actually a hole that I can jump into or a ledge that I can grab, and I accidentally go to crouch and jump, which nukes my entire window.
