The fastest way would be to get captured by them. Otherwise you need to sneak into the slave house. There's hints given on what an old man prefers over a young man, but you really want to capture the slaver's attention instead.

On Android, don't uninstall the old version, just install the new version over it. That'll keep your save files.

Hmm, there might be a bigger belly size planned, but unlikely to go full-blown inflation, I think. Certainly parasites will get more content for sure, although I don't know about making permanent changes to the character. Urine fetish is unlikely too.

There isn't a roadmap as much as an extremely long to-do list haha. I will say though that Release 100 is planned to be a capstone release that'll hopefully feel like a complete project by that point. But really, it's hard to say how big the game will get or what things will be added.

Unfortunately, I have no idea then, as I can't seem to replicate the problem you're having. The only other thing that I can suggest is making sure your computer has enough memory and that you're not running anything in their background while you play
