Hi, I bought this game two days ago from here, but I have a problem. When I get to the father's house, the game screen goes black with the loading logo, then it kicks me out of the game And when I come back, everything restarts. I've already uninstalled the game several times, and it's still not fixed. I did it on Android, and my phone has plenty of storage space. Is there a way to fix this? Or can I get a refund?
