I’ve spent many dozen hours over the last month learning and setting up NixOS and while I came quite far I’m still far away from the state where I’d be happy enough with it to actually start using it for literally anything else than configuring the system.

Not being fine with perpetual mass slaughter and abuse on a global scale is “insecurity” because it’s sooo hard to comprehend the concept of empathy and it could only ever be about the person thinking about themselves when it’s the opposite. 🤦

No, I just happened to see the notification for this post on matrix on my phone so I manifested my presence to critique lemmy only to afterwards dissipate into nothingness like I once was.

I support it but it feels pointless given it’s just trying to treat symptoms and not the core issue which is the ability to get them in the first place. I don’t think that there’s even any good solution for that given the decentralised nature of the fediverse which sucks.
