  • Judging & Winner Announcement: 3–6 days after submissions close
  • All times are in PDT. Make sure your submissions are completed before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Open to students high school and college level.
  • Teams can have 1–5 members. Solo submissions are allowed.
  • Participants from any location are welcome.

  • Best Beginner Project – For participants new to coding or hackathons.
  • Best Design & UX – Most polished, user-friendly, and visually appealing project.
  • Most Social Impact – Project with the strongest positive effect on the community.
  • Most Innovative Idea – Most original and creative solution.
  • Best Technical Implementation – Strongest coding or engineering effort.
  • Best Use of AI / Machine Learning – Projects leveraging AI in a meaningful way.
  • Best Presentation / Demo – Clear, engaging, and well-communicated showcase.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be evaluated on:

  • Impact (30%) – How well does the project address a real problem?
  • Creativity (25%) – Originality and innovation of the idea.
  • Technical Effort (25%) – Implementation, functionality, and complexity.
  • Presentation (20%) – Clarity, polish, and how well the project is communicated.

Judges may include mentors and industry professionals. Winners will be selected based on total scores in each category.
