📜 Rules 1. Eligibility
  • The hackathon is open to registered participants only.

  • Admission is free, but booking/registration is required.

2. Team Formation
  • Teams may consist of up to 4 members.

  • Participants without a team may form one during the event.

3. Code of Conduct (In-Person Event Requirement)

HudHack is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone.

All participants, sponsors, judges, and organisers are expected to:

  • Be respectful and professional

  • Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour

  • Follow venue rules and organiser instructions

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards.

4. Project Rules
  • Projects must be created during the hackathon timeframe.

  • You may use open-source libraries and APIs, but pre-built full solutions are not allowed.

  • Any external resources must be clearly credited.

  • AI tools may be used, but the core idea and implementation must be your team’s own work.

5. Intellectual Property
  • Participants retain ownership of their projects.

  • By participating, you grant the organisers permission to showcase your project for promotional purposes (with proper credit).

6. Judging & Prizes
  • Judges’ decisions are final.

  • Prizes will only be awarded to teams who comply with all rules and submission requirements.
