You’re about 5 years late to realizing FIA has no integrity…

The business police claimed was trafficking women was just regular immigrants who chose sex work.

I got so excited about this news because of the implication of seeing the Corvette at the N24… until I read it’s the one race they’re skipping… 🤬 (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

So you just decided arbitrarily that Brady’s “cheating” doesn’t matter and that he somehow couldn’t easily deflate footballs in Tampa Bay, but that despite assuming that Brady might’ve benefited from having the defensive signals from other teams, this doesn’t count as “heavily involved” in regards to what you deem the worse of the scandals…
See, this is why I say this is all just a convenient excuse to stay in denial. People are just unilaterally cherry picking their facts to fit the narrative, arbitrarily choosing what counts as cheating or who holds the blame, getting themselves into a pretzel to rationalize selective outrage… It literally relies on whatever you assume happened, and you choosing the interpretation you want.

You can’t make the GotG comparison; I think it’s clear that franchise succeeded because of its creative direction, not because they were new characters. You need people who understand the genre and why it works. Zhao may be a great director, and visually the movie was beautiful, but just because you have an Oscar doesn’t mean you can make gold out of everything.

Almost certainly

I wonder if the city would propose that arrangement…

So after they got “caught” and they proceeded to destroy the league the entire season, did the teams forget to check for cameras, since it’s the only way they got those wins?

I only even reluctantly add Brady to the HoF, because he went to a completely different organization with completely different FO personnel and still managed to win a ring. Throughout his entire Patriots career I said “well, all these Super Bowls need to have asterisks next to them and I don’t think he deserves the HoF”, but then he went ahead and won it again in Tampa and made me change my mind.
So did the Bucs title convince you that he wasn’t cheating before? Because trust me, I’m not here trying to tell you Brady is a cheater, but this looks like the standards shift depending on the argument being made. If you think it negates the cheating allegations for Brady in NE, why do the same ones stick against Belichick? It’s kinda weird how people can’t decide whether Belichick needed Brady or if he needed cheating, because him not being able to win since Brady left would suggest the former, but if he relied on cheating, it should have no impact (as if he forgot how to cheat when Brady left). Make it make sense!

Suspension is worse than a fine; you can easily pay the latter and keep playing. A suspension doesn’t just have financial penalties, but performance and contractual ones, as well as hindering your ability to compete.

So who decided that winning with multiple teams is the only thing that erases being associated with a scandal? Seems like cherry picking standards.

And made Sean Payton believe Jarrett Stidham could take him to the SB.

The only people clinging to the cheating allegations are the sore losers who need an excuse to make themselves feel better about being beaten, but at least plenty of his peers and former opponents have enough principle to call this for what it is.

Ok, but Brady was involved in the same scandals Belichick was; if anything, for whatever you think deflategate is worth, Brady was directly involved in it more than Belichick ever could be. So again, this is the mental gymnastics you have to do when you have people who have long since provided evidence that their achievements are legitimate, but people want to believe otherwise so they cling to any crackpot controversy to justify their denials.
As for Belichick’s record without Brady, you can say all you want about it, but to take a fraction of this man’s career and give the credit for every success to the QB, while leaving out the context of his failures, is maliciously disingenuous. The guy built the SB winning Ravens defense that carried Trent Dilfer, and did it again in New England, but because of the Browns’ relocation got railroaded and doesn’t get credit for those moves. And the revisionist history is even more insulting when people forget Brady only made 3 TD passes on the first SB run; he wasn’t lighting the world on fire for those first few years; the defense was the one that stopped the Greatest Show on Turf. And I’m not even saying the man was perfect, but even with his failures post Brady, people act like Kraft didn’t interfere with his succession plan, then threw him under the bus when it got messy. The game passes everybody eventually, but it’s bad faith to pretend his entire 3 decade career was made by Brady, taking everything out of context.

You didn’t even explain the gas law let alone prove that temperature was the factor
But you DO understand the principle that air pressure drops in cold temperature, right?

People are seriously acting like his SB 25 defensive plan being in the HoF is “noteworthy”… over accusations that were literally proven to be fabricated.

It’s funny if they hold deflategate against him, but Brady goes in 1st ballot. Otherwise the league is shaping itself to make an āss of itself.

It’s ok. I’ll take the opinion of his peers over a rando

This just tells me how lacking you are in football history. There’s a reason EVERYONE in the football world is disgusted by this, even people who played against him.
Doesn’t feel great to lose, but I’m happy for Darnold after all he went through. Congrats Seahawks.
