I look at this list and cry a little bit inside. I can’t imagine having to maintain all of this as a hobby.

All of you bragging about 100+ containers, please may in inquire as to what the fuck that’s about? What are you doing with all of those?
I think the image looks a bit flat. There’s a setting in Darktable for Chroma, maybe bump it up a bit? Play around with that. I usually have to give it a hefty bump on my animal shots, or else they just have this flat-grey feeling to them.

Well, the idea is that you stop driving everywhere. Unfortunately, you have to make it inconvenient to drive if you want people to stop driving and we do want people to stop driving. I’m not gonna apologize for making you park a block over.
Research and studies into street design has already proven you wrong and I got a foot halfway out the door so I’m sorry I can’t look them up right now, but nicer streets boost sales of local businesses. It turns out that when people are incentivized to walk more in an area, they tend to visit a lot more shops in that area. When a person can drive their airconditioned sofa box right up to the door of the store, they don’t shop around at neighboring businesses. Sales go down as a whole.

Mautrix supports puppeteering your Discord account, so it doesn’t matter if your friends won’t join matrix.
https://docs.mau.fi/bridges/go/setup.html?bridge=discord
I am currently doing this and it works well enough that I can see myself not opening Discord again, but it isn’t perfect. For that reason alone, Matrix wins in my book.
e: I am using Conduit for Matrix homeserver

You are just not going to stop pushing this, are you? I’m glad you’ve learned not to associate your platform with crypto, but I still don’t trust you and I don’t want to reiterate how this WILL become a childporn haven when you don’t have wide-spanning moderation.
Also your SSL cert is expired and the website is broken besides.

48G but that’s not it. I have plenty left over whenever it happens, and running out of memory has never frozen my desktop.
I will take a chunk out of your bedroom and set up a hobo encampment.
You don’t like it? Why? You can still reach your bed? Stop making up problems.

Yes, I am aware, but my keyboard can’t do that shortcut

The way all the colors are around the person really draws the eyes in.

A few select games, Notably Watch Dogs 2 and Fallout: New Vegas, probably because of Proton bugs, occasionally freeze my (Debian+i3wm) desktop. My computer is not frozen, but my desktop session is. I can take my smartphone and SSH into my desktop to kill the game’s process (or Steam, which will take the game with it when it dies).
I’ve come to enjoy this process because I feel like some kinda movie hacker.
I only caught it because my friend mentioned it. I saw the warning yesterday but I just assumed it was gonna be cloudy today and didn’t notice it was clear haha

Allow me to hijack this thread and ask why shouldn’t the government be allowed to bar me from perpetuating my defective genetics? I am disabled and consequently the government already controls a huge portion of my life, and I get very little input into things, such as where and how I am allowed to work, what I’m allowed to earn in any given field and realistically where I can live. Why should my rights start and end at my ability to inseminate someone?
I will not have children by choice because my genetics are broken and I don’t want my children to go through this. It is fortunate that I am smart enough to have had this thought and can practice restraint despite my massive rod, but a lot of people aren’t or can’t. Why shouldn’t the government get a say, when they already effectively dictate the lives of disabled people?

It’s because keeping the road and bicycle paths clear of snow are municipal responsibilities but sidewalks are the responsibility of whoever owns the land the sidewalk runs adjacent to.
There’s basically no punishment for not clearing the snow, and there’s no metrics for how clear it should be, so the sidewalks are always a mess when it snows and doesn’t melt by days end.

I just disagree with the order. Copenhagen is definitely not number 2! I could be persuaded to agree with putting it in 4th place, but I don’t know what metrics were used for this list. Yes, the bicycle lanes are great, but it’s still a car-first city. Busses aren’t simple to use and are massively de-prioritized, which I think is very important for bicycling in a city as big as Copenhagen; you have to take your bike on the bus every now and then, or else never participate in any events outside your comfortable biking distance.
I judge your monitor setup favorably
Just don’t ask ChatGPT because it will lie. I faltered in my vigilance once and spent a whole day fixing my PC for it, because what it said made sense and I didn’t double check it. They have made that one in particular very good at lying, somehow.
