Not for North America.

Not for North America.

I have a misfortune of driving one of these pieces of shit. I needed an accessible minivan and allowed the dealer to convince me Pacifica was as good as Sienna. On paper, it was. Worst fucking car I’ve ever owned. $60k before $40k conversion. $100k brand new car.
AC that barely works in 40°C heat. Transmission that doesn’t shift. Gas mileage that supercars and tanks can compete with. Ride quality of a boat in rough seas. Trunk that randomly decides not to close. Knobs and buttons that get stuck. Fuel hole designed so poorly it takes me 20 minutes to fill up this piece of shit because fuel gun keeps stopping.
This is just shit I remember. List is a long, not even mentioning multiple recalls.
FUCK Stellantis. They should be forced to buy back all the garbage they sold, but instead they’ll just get bailed out when they go belly up.

I honestly can’t think of any country about which this statement would be more wrong and I’ve lived in a bunch and been to a lot of them. But like I said in other comments, I don’t blame you for punishing US as a whole.

I wouldn’t blame you either way, but I doubt you’d agree that judging Canada or even Calgary based in general on Alberta is fair.
Geographically most of California is red as fuck.
You can literally walk down the street in some cities and go between pockets filled with rainbow flags and maga hatred mixed with messages about how much god loves everyone.

Treating US as a single location is a bit naive even though I understand where you’re coming from. If we manage to get the orange pedo and other nazis out of fed, you can safely visit. Nothing wrong with continuing to punish the cunts who voted him in by not buying Kentucky whisky though.

We don’t value THEIR workers or THEIR labor either. We value cheap products with many features. That was basically my point from the beginning.

It isn’t. Of course established brands make quality stuff; their brand depends on it. It’s the US/Canada/Europe level of qa expectation and local laws that are driving the quality.
And cars are not only expensive as fuck, but also are an absolute necessity in most of US/Canada. I wouldn’t blame anyone for getting a fully loaded $30k brand new electric car over a similarly priced “budget” Kia. Might as well take advantage of the fact that China is subsidizing the other $20k.
There’s almost nothing that can break in an electric car over typical lease period, but I wouldn’t want to keep it past the warranty or get into a serious accident in it.

They manufacture so much because it’s cheap to manufacture there and that comes at some costs like putting very little value on people and their labor.
Also, designed in California means more than you think for established brands that have to follow American or, usually stricter, California laws.

Government subsidized is not the same thing as affordable. As soon as they are embedded, prices will go up.
Just look at Korean manufacturers in US. Some Hyundais/Kias are more expensive than Toyotas. They used to be a great cheap alternative.
Difference is Koreans actually build high quality cars and Chinese build quality is debatable.
I have to say though, the faster Tesla fucking burns, the better. Nazi trash can go fuck himself.
Try Dota while you’re at it. More or less identical game I was glued to for years.

Did you have to request specific equipment to get a static or semi-static IPv4 like you get with cable? Did it cost extra?

I don’t think it’s optional. I think that’s what separates home internet from business internet. Could someone that has this service confirm?

Also, there were like 3 washing machines on sale. Now you have 50/manufacturer.

$70, not $50. And this breaks the deal: https://www.t-mobile.com/business/filtering
Not really usable at home.

Fucking hate all the coax providers. Absolute monopoly granted to them in insane. I’m stuck with an even worse one - Spectrum. No other options where I live. Tmo home internet is cheaper but it’s not reliable enough despite a $400 antenna pointed directly at their tower. And CGNAT breaks a ton of shit.

All this instead of just hiring a few senior devs to contribute to any of the number of existing open source projects that are already infinitely better than any new thing they will come up with.

These are just wrappers for Proton. Why do we need one more? Just contribute those resources to Heroic. My dream is to not need steam either. I want to run games like we did before. Just launch an executable file.

Why? It’s already annoying to have to use steam and heroic. Why would anyone want a third app?

You basically do already. Most cheaper PCs come with S mode enabled from the store. Turning it off requires accepting a scary disclaimer that it’s a permanent change and you’re likely to fuck up your computer.
I have to be honest though, I kinda like it for older relatives that I can’t convince to switch to Linux. Prevents tech support calls to me. And if Android was setup the same way with a one time prompt, I’d be perfectly happy.
Haha, well I did choose Europe (Ukraine, technically UkSSR) as spawn, but then had to fuck off due to corruption and bleak future opportunities. Talk about fucking irony.
