Going to visit my family soon and my dog was killed last time I was there so I made him a tombstone to put on his grave. RIP little buddy.

Sorry about your loss. 14 years is how long two of my dogs have lasted. I hope the two I have now live at least that long, but they’re never with us long enough.

Thank you. Yes he was with me longer than any other dog and died suddenly last Christmas the day after my nephew was born. Such a bittersweet time. He got out of my sister’s house while we were at the hospital and wandered into a busy road. I’ve got 2 others but he was my only friend for a long time.

That’s a great memorial for a best friend

I’m curious what material you used? If it is to be outside, I thought this might be food for thought https://www.hubs.com/knowledge-base/3d-printing-for-outdoor-use/

Yeah this was kind of a rush and I had some marble PLA. It’s in a shady area and shouldn’t get too hot but if it does, I’ll just make another out of stronger, more weather resistant material. Thanks for the link.
