If hygiene wasn’t such a big issue, that’d be pretty hot tbh. Well, riding bicycles can also be an issue. But if it didn’t physically get in the way of other stuff I like to do and was easier to keep clean, I’d be up for a permanent lock-up <3 (maybe with the addition that, should I get sick of it after a year+, I’m allowed to break out)

Actual realistic permachastity is definitely a thing you can do, it just isn’t actually permanent. You need to take it off periodically.

That’s true, and it’s something I’m interested in. I was more talking about the premise of the comic, which is the “no way out” kind of chastity and definitely more of a fantasy :3

Do we define ‘permanent’ relative to the person or to earth/the universe? Since you might possibly be burned with it. So just as with screws and joints, they may just find a titanium cage in the end, while your relative time ended.

That’s a huge issue, yes. Even if you find a cage that you can keep clean without taking it off (which still wouldn’t be enough for me because I’d want to deep-clean it regularly), shaving while wearing a cage is impossible. And I hate having long pubic hair >:c

I hate having any hair roots below my eyebrows (and even those are way too bushy) (excluding the ear and nose canal)

In my experience, they really aren’t. Sure, you need one that’s the right size, that’s a given. Random strong erection might be uncomfortable at first, but as you get used to the cage, they don’t really happen that much any more. And the only real discomfort I ever feel is when I try to ride a bicycle while wearing one because the way you sit on a bike is incompatible with the base ring. But again, as long as it’s properly sized and you’re used to wearing it, a cage is usually only uncomfy due to external influences.
