Reddit is a cult of compulsive MAGA behaviors.
-
People on Reddit always blame “the government” for the problems in the USA.
-
We The People on Reddit are in a cult of blaming “the dems” for problems instead of seeing a USA national mental health crisis that needs to be directly addressed. Cult of MAGA media, cult of Trump media, cult of Musk media, cult of Murdoch media.
-
People on Reddit are always posting Twitter (X) screen shots from the Elon Musk platform in February 2026. Any hour of day or night you see it on /r/All - this cult behavior of billionaire Elon Musk as a source of “content”, engagement cultists.
-
People who comment and post on Reddit have zero self-awareness they are in a cult to Donald Trump, MAGA, Elon Musk.
-
The problem has built up over time. There is no sense of time passing on Reddit. It is like a casino with blinking lights and slot machine noises all the time drowning out the passage of time. Reddit consumers of Trumpism MAGA USA do not show awareness that this is Donald Trump’s second term in office and Reddit users behave constantly as if Trump only took world power a few weeks ago. This timeless mockery of Trump has been going on since June 16, 2015 - nearly eleven full years. The cult symptom of time loss and mental blackouts from consuming so much Trump MAGA USA propaganda content.
The cult faith on Reddit social is that more mocking, more jokes, more insulting Trump will remove Trump from office. That taunting a crazy / dementia / senile man of 80 years old who has the most powerful military weapons is a good idea. The cult is constantly taunting and mocking. It is a feedback loop between Truth Social and Reddit media systems.
Reddit comment creators and shit-posting users are enablers to Trumpism / MAGA. Donald Trump is a leader of shit-posting and shit-commenting and Reddit is a cult of following Trump as a leader. Reddit users are not free thinkers and do not promote free thinking. Reddit users are slavish reactionary thinkers who constantly import MAGA content from Truth Social, Twitter and Fox News to spread it as far and as wide as possible. Reddit platform has become a cult temple of compulsive addiction gatherings… to Trump images, MAGA programming, and Trump writings.
MAGA Programming
MAGA cult programming is at heart an addiction to fiction and low-effort low-information topics. Reddit is a cult of Trump shit-commenting programming.
- “Low information voters, also known as misinformation voters, are people who may vote yet are generally poorly informed about issues. The phrase is mainly used in the United States and has become popular since the mid-1990s.” - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_information_voter
These low-information cultists (shit-commenting shit-posting cults) will avoid serious nonfiction books that describe the cult itself. Let me repeat that: they will not discuss nonfiction learning and education about the shit-commenting cults, Trump cult, MAGA cult, Fox News cults. Cultists on Reddit will dismiss the need for public education and widespread cult deprogramming campaigns. As the cult self-awareness itself… is deep inside… too painful to face.
- “One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back. So the old bamboozles tend to persist as the new ones rise.” ― Carl Sagan, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark, 1995, page 241

- “The human brain can protect us from seeing and feeling what it believes may be too uncomfortable for us to tolerate. It can lead us to deny, defend, minimize, or rationalize away something that doesn’t fit our worldview.” ― Dr. Bandy X Lee, The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President. Published October 3, 2017. Page 273. Chapter “TRUMP’S DADDY ISSUES”
- “Assessing dangerousness is different from making a diagnosis: it is dependent on the situation, not the person. Signs of likely dangerousness due to mental disorder can become apparent without a full diagnostic interview and can be detected from a distance, and one is expected to err, if at all, on the side of safety when the risk of inaction is too great.” ― Bandy X. Cheap Media, Cheap Truth Social society
“Today, reports of the day’s events are conveyed to the viewing public by way of alternate universes, The Fox News cable channel conveys its version of reality, while at the other end of the ideological spectrum MSNBC presents its version. They and their many counterparts on radio are more the result of an economic dynamic than a political one. Dispatching journalists into the field to gather information costs money; hiring a glib bloviator is relatively cheap, and inviting opinionated guests to vent on the air is entirely cost-free. It wouldn’t work if it weren’t popular, and audiences, it turns out, are endlessly absorbed by hearing amplified echoes of their own biases. It’s divisive and damaging to the healthy functioning of our political system, but it’s also indisputably inexpensive and, therefore, good business.” ― Ted Koppel. Lights Out: A Cyberattack, A Nation Unprepared, Surviving the Aftermath. October 27, 2015. Page 13.
“The long-term implications go deeper. If all information is seen as part of a war, out go any dreams of a global information space where ideas flow freely, bolstering deliberative democracy. Instead, the best future one can hope for is an ‘information peace’, in which each side respects the other’s ‘information sovereignty’: a favoured concept of both Beijing and Moscow, and essentially a cover for enforcing censorship.” ― Peter Pomerantsev, This Is Not Propaganda: Adventures in the War Against Reality, 2019, Page ???
