It depends what you consider wrongdoing. Is being in an exclusive social circle enough for you to not ask too many questions? At the very least they participated in something horrible. Everyone in the files should feel bad, and any innocent person in there should be busy testifying about everything they know. I don’t see a lot of statements, mostly silence.
Michael Jackson is in there, he attempted to speak up, he’s not around anymore. His name on the files is proof that being there is not a sign of wrong doing.
Having said that, most of them did awful things and should rot in prison and hell and whatever else there is for eternity.

You can say they don’t have to necessarily be guilty but as a sign (which is the word they used) it might be the biggest red flag possible.
With the recent massive leaks incriminating many, the timing is just weird. Especially because it’s a single tweet not referring to anyone.

I agree, they should get investigated! But being investigated doesn’t mean someone is guilty.
They need to prove innocence rather than it being presumed. This isn’t a normal circumstance and treating it as one is specifically why it was enabled to get as far as it did, we all know our legal system is broke and I don’t think pretending the ideals we would prefer to uphold are how things really work is going to pave a path to disarming these monsters. This situation needs to be treated with the regard that it warrants and laws and systems need to be dismantled and changed because of it, otherwise we are just resetting the game for a new player. The pedophile ring and every law and system that allowed it to succeed completely unscathed and lacking meaningful consequences up to this point needs to be burned and protected against. We need to disarm the ability of these fucks to keep doing this, and leniency and coddling of the shattered and useless remains of the constitution have been proven to do nothing in the face of this kind of malice. They need it to hurt if it’s ever going to stop.
Why are people always so eager to throw away the 4th and 5th amendments whenever they’re inconvenient
This is part of an ongoing investigation about a known child sex trafficking organization involving the worlds most powerful people. Why would they not be obligated to investigate everyone involved or mentioned? What fucking slack is there to give to anyone who had a possibility of having a part in it? If they’re not hiding anything then they’ll have nothing to worry about, but considering the context everything involved with these files deserves proper scrutiny.

They should investigate everyone they have probable cause to investigate. That’s actually what most of these files are, records of investigations. That’s not what “guilty until proven innocent” means. Presumption of innocence is a cornerstone of everything our justice system does right and I’m not willing to sacrifice it for a hate boner.

“being mentioned” could be like that one guy who complained about Rebecca Watson to Epstein after she gave a talk about sexual harassment in nerd spaces, but it’s a shifting of the goalposts. Most people are not interested in mentions, they’re interested in who was corresponding with known sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and what they were saying.
