Just dropping in to say that I’m loving your posts, I thought I knew a lot about art and art history, yet here you are showing me one new thing after another, and another, and another… new to my awareness, I mean.
Actually, by coincidence, I was dropping into this thread to say something along very similar lines. I appreciate that you are not only pointing out artists, but especially that you point out what their forte is, such as Yoshida being great at painting moonlight. It makes me look at and appreciate the works in greater depth.

Oh thank you. The art world is so huge and old that there is always much more for everyone to discover. Theres soooo many posts on this community that are completely new to me too
