Default value:
CSV::DEFAULT_OPTIONS.fetch(:write_nil_value) # => nil
Without the option:
str = CSV.generate_line(['a', nil, 'c', nil])

With the option:
str = CSV.generate_line(['a', nil, 'c', nil], write_nil_value: "x")
