lib/net/protocol.rb: preserve backtrace information
BufferedIO#rbuf_fill should preserve backtrace information when raising
EOFError. Otherwise, users get confused when EOFError is leaked out from
Net::SMTP etc. [ruby-core:78550] [Bug #13018]
