Jem Sirrine

Jem Sirrine is the PGA/ECR team lead for International Customs Clearance at FedEx Logistics in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been with the company for almost three years and plays a key role in overseeing the clearance of international shipments. His responsibilities include communicating with government agencies, training new agents, troubleshooting issues with high-value shipments, and ensuring that all shipments comply with necessary regulations. His leadership and problem-solving skills are crucial to ensuring efficient operations and minimizing delays in the clearance process. Jem began his professional journey as an athletic training intern for the Cleveland Indians in Winter Haven, Florida, after completing his bachelor's in athletic training at Appalachian State University. During this internship, he assisted in rehabilitating and treating player injuries at both the minor and major league levels.
