Legitimately: do you have a better free image sharing site? I’ll upload this stuff there. I’m just old school, and Imgur was used a lot when I used to manually upload crap back in the day
Sorry for my rant, it wasn’t intended to be directed towards you in any way. When imgur first hit the scene, they offered a much-needed service. But over the years they’ve unfortunately become extremely bloated and anti-user.
Lemmy does allow image upload. Usually what I do if I have more than 1 file, is the attach the first image as the main post image and then include any followup images in the body.
If that doesn’t work for you, there are some other options such as pasteboard, catbox, and imgbb. None are perfect solutions, but all are arguably better than imgur.

I fucking love how imgur destroys the page history of the tab that opens one of it’s links. Just completely fucking obliterates it.
I honestly might just blacklist the whole damn domain on my router. It truly is a fucking cancer.
