Arch is not a distro for beginners. One day you’ll wreck it.
If you just want it to work, I would advise you try these and stick with the one you like the most:
All my family’s PCs run linux. We use Bazzite for gaming and Aurora for work. Easier and more reliable than Windows.

It was too little, too late, too expensive. Logically it would sell less than expected after a lame attempt.

DOCX is supposedly an open standard too, the thing is neither Microsoft nor Adobe fully follow it and instead opt to make it slightly incompatible in order to make it hard for competitors to use it without issues.
EEE tactics.
Because of everything.
I can chose however I want it to be and behave. It won’t nag me, it won’t show me ads, my hardware will receive support for ages, it consumes less resources, it’s more responsive, I don’t need to update any drivers, it uses less disk space, installing apps is easier, changing settings is easier, backups are easier, zero maintenance , it’s reliable, it’s free and open source and it uses the same Kernel that the world runs and relies on.
I’m 42, since I was less than 8 years old until now I’ve used:
Linux:
That said the only thing I dislike is that my kids can’t play EA’s FC26 or Epic’s Fortnite because those companies chose to actively not support Linux on purpose. Those games are predatory gambling casinos disguised as games, but still… I wish I could have the choice to play or not play them.
But that’s a small price to pay for everything I get in return.
I’ve been running Bazzite for 2 years now. For me, it’s honestly the best computing experience I’ve ever had. I’m very happy with it and I feel joy using it every single day, I’m in love.
In theory, yes. But never fully trust your phone to do what you asked it to do.

I hope it gets recompiled 🙏🏻

How can you celebrate violence at all ? None of this should be happening if we were civilized enough.

I was under the impression that plutonium on my server would be controlled by me. Say, if I wanted to give it away, I could. At least, that’s what I’ve read.

I love it and use it daily. Once it becomes stable, gets a docker container and documents the self-hosting flow, it will rule the universe.

It’s ok to like something else, but the world has already chosen their king.

Their loss. Stupid move.
What about controlling the phone from the PC? Like Moto 360 or whatever it’s called right now.
I use it on my work laptop via an M2 caddy, this way the laptop still has the windows OEM license installed, if I plug it into a new laptop my OS and files are ready to go as well. My IT department is very happy, and me even more.
Strange, I have all of that. Maybe it’s inherited from older builds? Maybe my branch is now using the aurora-dx image?

There is no hardware matching your needs.

Fairly disappointing
And this is why Sony pulled games from PC. The Steam Machine was just another reason. PCs in general are now consoles too, and Sony is afraid their traditional console loses meaning.
