Yeah!
Here’s the link to the one I remember, though. Looks like yours was a remake of it?

The type of smoke detectors that use radiation (ionization type) are kind of being phased out. How they work (which is quite clever) are a bit inferior at early and reliable detection compared to photoelectric. You can also keep photoelectric ones closer to your kitchen without them going off every time you cook some bacon or use the oven.
The lazy town cooking by the book song mashup with Lil Jon was hilarious. That’s about as much as I ever saw of her or the show.

Your special needs student using a calculator has pretty much no bearing on this conversation.

Does it not? I never get dm’d. Lol

Never saw this one. What’s it do?

It said a small zucchini or a peeled cucumber. So that sounds about right?

Trying to keep old stuff alive in a digital world is stupid. I do think that kids need to learn to think and research on their own, so AI and grammar and spelling corrections should be disallowed from the laptops and Chromebooks. Having an algorithm fix everything for you and write your papers is developmentally bad.

Like how using the word “literally” somehow became not literal.
I want the destroy those people. Literally.

Haven’t tried summit. Thunder is pretty close to a clone of what I was using on reddit before the api fiasco they had and I bailed. Relay for reddit.

The sanctions really should have ended when Castro died at the latest, but I still won’t call Cuba a socialist country. It’s a communist one. It’s under a high amount of control. You’ll get thrown in prison for criticism, internet access is limited, and not everyone is on an equal footing there. Communist or not, the sanctions are still completely bullshit.

I’ve been using “Thunder” and so far it’s done a pretty wonderful job of things. Very easy to view and scroll on a phone. A lot of options you can set and customize.

Your college is actually paying gpt to scrape your college for data?
Yeah. Those hands aren’t small enough.
AI also made Trump’s hands bigger. Lol

I gotta argue against the games costing more compared to cola. A new Nintendo game in 1988 was $40 to $50. At that time hamburger was 99 cents, a value meal from a fast food place was $4, a house was $80,000, a new car was $10k to $18k, and you were pretty much a Middle class family if you made $45k\year. Some original NES games even hit $60 a piece.
So videogames are one of the few things that haven’t kept with inflation. In no small part due to more people purchasing games and less physical overhead, but that doesn’t take away from my stance. 40 years later and a game price has gone up by like $20.

Yeah. I was left pissed and felt ripped off. High seas from that point on.

You missed my point. It’s trying to state you can offset the higher cost of living in one of those areas because your saving $1000 a month by not owning a car. That $1000 a month figure is bullshit. So is the cost difference between living in a walkable city vs outside of one only being $1000 in many places. Like a small home in the walkable area of Kansas City is around $400,000, while a similar home 10 miles away is $200,000. That’s a lot more than a grand a month difference if you’re getting a mortgage. Like twice as much.

Starbucks has to make it that way because their espresso and coffee taste like shit.
Yeah. E bikes and one wheels and stuff are total fun. I’m hoping to live in one of the Goldilocks zones where you can be near a city and travel everywhere by bike without needing to get on a highway. As it stands, * have to pack my bike in a car and drive out somewhere to ride, and that just sucks.
